This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is addressed to the visitors, registered users and subscribers of the https://sfesfenatessence.com/ website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and any other parties using the Website. Furthermore, it applies to the recording and processing of data provided by the customers and users of https://sfenatessence.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") to SFE Natessence Kft., with registered office at Kossuth Lajos street 189, 7051 Kajdacs, tax number 32478998-2-17, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller".
The provision of personal data by the Registrant is not obligatory, but it is a condition for registration on the Website and for using the services of https://sfenatessence.com/ (in particular for placing an order). If the Customer voluntarily provides this data to the Data Controller, he/she accepts the provisions of this Declaration and expressly consents to the storage, analysis and linking of his/her personal data by the Data Controller and, in the case of voluntary subscription to the newsletter, to the use of his/her personal data for marketing purposes.
Unless otherwise provided, the Data Controller will not use the data provided during registration or use of the services of https://sfenatessence.com/ for any purpose other than that authorised by the User.
During registration, the Customer is required to provide the personal data necessary for the fulfilment of the order and identification, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing or delivery address, and may also voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter.
The Service Provider may use external contractors to fulfil orders. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the data processing practices of such third parties.
Name of data processors:
The Data Controller shall process the personal data of the Customer in a confidential manner for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, as defined by law. The Data Controller shall not, beyond the fulfilment of its obligations by using an intermediary, transfer to third parties the personal data it processes without the prior consent of the Customer.
The Controller shall use the personal data provided by the Users on the website only for the purpose of fulfilling the order. No data is used for any other purpose. The data controller will disclose the data provided by users to third parties or public authorities only with the prior consent of the user (unless otherwise required by law).
During users' visits to the website, one or more cookies, i.e. small files containing a series of characters, are placed on the user's computer used for logging in and/or registering, which allow the user's browser(s) to be uniquely identified. These cookies are provided by Google and are used through Google Analytics.
The processing is based on the voluntary and informed consent of the users of the content of the https://sfenatessence.com/ website, which includes their explicit consent to the use of their personal data provided when using the site.
The legal basis for processing is the voluntary consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 6(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the right to information and freedom of information. The consent is given by the User by using the website, by registering or by voluntarily providing the data in question.
The purpose of the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller to provide the services available on the website (fulfilment of orders, invoicing). Personal data may only be accessed by the Service Provider or its employees. The Provider's employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement with regard to the personal data they have access to.
Data is automatically recorded on the website for the purpose of compiling statistics and for the technical development of the IT system, in order to protect the rights of users.
The processing of personal data provided during user registration in order to provide the service starts after the user has given his consent during registration and continues until the user data is deleted. In the case of data not stored for the purpose of providing the service, the processing lasts from the moment the data is provided until it is deleted.
The User (data subject) has the right to request information and access to the personal data concerning him/her processed by the Operator (data controller) at any time and to modify them at any time. The User has the right to request the deletion or movement of his/her data or to object to or restrict the processing of his/her data.
The Operator (data controller) shall provide the User (data subject), upon request, with information about the data concerning him/her, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, as well as about who and for what purpose is entitled to access his/her data. The Service Provider shall provide the information requested by the User (data subject) in writing within 30 days of the request.
The User (data subject) may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in relation to the data management practices of the data controller.
